Claire Williams OBE, one of the most prominent women in Formula 1 history, has been announced as a keynote speaker at Infosecurity Europe 2024, where she will discuss how to develop a strong team culture.
In an interview with Infosecurity Magazine’s editor, Beth Maundrill, Claire will discuss candidly how to develop a strong team culture, take on a big transformational project, and navigate change.
The discussion will take place on day three of Infosecurity Europe, on Thursday 6 June at 10:00am.
Why is driving a cyber aware culture important?
Driving a cyber aware culture is crucial as it develops understanding, responsibility, and resilience against cyber threats.
However, a recent Infosecurity Europe report found that over a quarter (27%) of respondents stated a lack of communication between departments and unclear accountability and risk ownership.
Over a quarter of respondents also reported that issues with leadership buy-in were pitfalls in growing a cybersecurity culture within organisations.
Businesses should recognise employees as key to cybersecurity defence to instil a shared commitment to protecting sensitive data.
Claire will provide insights on engaging an extensive workforce and motivating others to be confident in operating at the highest level.
